Some of the things Pillar to Post does that differentiates us from many of our competitors are:
- Print a detailed report on-sight at the conclusion of the home inspection and review it while still in the home. That way if you have questions about the report we can address them at the home being inspected.
- Incorporate colour photos complete with comments into the detailed report.
- Point out and tag all the major shut off mechanisms within the home.
- Test all appliances in the deal.
- Provide house specific information sheets on systems of interest (such as septic, wells, aluminum wiring ,etc.)
